Mission
WG4 ensures that the Action’s goals, outputs, and resources reach a wide audience, including researchers, professionals, policymakers, and the public, through targeted communication and open-access dissemination. It uses both centralised and distributed platforms to share knowledge and foster engagement across disciplines and borders.

Key Activities
1. Action Website & Social Media Strategy
Creating and managing a central knowledge hub and developing public outreach.
- Developing and maintaining the website.
- Implementing a social media strategy.

Developing a Multilingual Archival Glossary Creating a collaborative, Wiki-based glossary of archival terms and landscape architectural terms translated by Action members to support cross-disciplinary understanding.
- Wikithons to define and translate key terms and concepts of archival science and landscape architecture.
3. Draft Policy Recommendations
Proposing policies to preserve LA archival heritage for future generations.
- A workshop to formulate actionable policy guidance.
4. Sharing Research Outputs
Promoting the Action’s findings through scholarly channels.
- Produce at least 3 academic papers.
- Present at a minimum of 3 conferences, including the Action’s final conference.
5. Public Outreach & Engagement
Engaging the wider public − NGOs, governments, schools, professionals − through various media and public events.
- Publish online content, run an online exhibition.
- Invite public bodies to participate in the final conference.
